Good Food 2023 bar of the year ‘ANTE’ is inspired by owner Matt Young’s love of Japanese food, drinks and hospitality. Designed around the concept of the listening bar, ANTE serves incredible sakes from Black Market Sake’s portfolio. It plays strictly vinyl from Matt’s collection while chef Jemma Whiteman prepares Izakaya-style food with incredible flair and depth of flavour.
